Great Experience with these guys. My car was picked on time and arrive a whole lot sooner than I expected. The driver was very professional and friendly too which made the transport a lot more pleasurable. I would recommend them to everyone I know! (more)

someone ought to update this database, when calling the number given for this company in the reviews, you get someone who tells you he has been getting cals for them for over 2 years, and the number has changed... not a good way to drum up business.... (more)

It was a wonderful experience. The most important thing is faith and promptness. They were a day a late, but they kept me up to date each step up the way so it was not a surprise. In addition, they were very sensible, about 100 dollars less than competitors. I live on a very rough highway and they drove the car right to my house for me. really door to door service (more)

This is our first experience with car transport and it was immense! I found Special Delivery Transport online on the Better Business Bureau website as I didn't know where else to start. Hank or Matt were always instantly available by phone and by Email and their responses by Email were typically within 30 minutes. This could not have been easier. The car arrived needing a wash, but, remember, it had been on the road for over a week! gravely though, everything was intact, no dings or scratches. (more)

I highly recommend Special Delivery Transport. The car was picked up when promised and delivered in an incredible 2 days, in exactly the similar condition I had left it. The process was quick and easy with outstanding communication throughout. Rhonda even made sure that the car was picked up on the one and only day I had obtainable. I would definitely use them again. I was very concerned about car shipping .The driver who picked up the car was very cooperative and he managed everything very well and everything went well without any headache. This was my third time using an auto transport and was definitely the best experience so far. I was impressed and will use them again each year for transporting each direction. My vehicle was actually picked up early and delivered early. The service I received from Special Delivery Transport was the most effective I've ever had. Customer Service was great! I got a very good quote, and price, and I was very satisfied with what I had got. Special Delivery Transport is the BEST!
