This entire experience was effortless on our part, thanks to Howard! He called to let us know exacly when he would pick up our vehicle. It was indeed picked up exactly on time, in the snow, out in the country. His communication skills are great! Called to let us know when he was getting close to our house and approximate arrival time. Followed up by a phone call to let us know exact time of delivery, which was a day early!
Door to door delivery,extremely honest, awsome job!

The first impression is the best impression. Yes of course this is the first time I am using this company. The car was picked up and dropped off earlier than I expected. The customer service was brilliant, the company updated me with any changes and kept me well informed throughout the complete process, making things very easy for me as a customer.
