Save On Transport - Review

I was assigned this company as my transport carrier through a broker. I read the reviews and was a bit nervous that my expectations wouldnot be met. My husband and I moved to Oregon from California, and we only wanted to drive one car up so we opted to ship mine. It was picked up on the estimated pick up date. (Woo!) The driver picked up really close to our apartment too so that was convenient. Drop off was one day after the expected delivery date, which actually worked out better for me anyways. My car arrived in Oregon in the exact shape I left it in California. I met the driver in Oregon at a gas station and he already had it loaded off the truck by the time I got there. The pick up and delivery drivers as well as the lady I spoke to on the phone in their office were all courteous. So I am not sure why the reviews are awful, I personally had a great experience using this company to ship my car. Tip: take cash to pay when they deliver, it will save you the hassle.  (more)

Getting picked up fromLAX was a little behind with the fog our driver was 30 minutes late. However our return pick up was smooth. Our driver Stacy was amazing. She contacted us before hand asking about what direction our car seats needed to face. She was a few minutes early and very helpful getting us loaded. Great driver, I felt very comfortable with her driving our family with lots of kids. I would use them again and ask for Stacy.  (more)

Rude, improfessional, calling names , liers, redid the contract amount to a higher amount which is against the law, super late with not contact whatsoever, promised for five day to deliver with not answering their phones or call back to let us know whats going on.........etc  (more)

I HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH SAVE-ON TRANSPORT, THEY CAME ONE DAY LATE TO PICK UP MY CAR, THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT FIVE DAYS LATE AND ASKED $45 MORE I DID NOT HAVE MORE MONEY THAN IT WAS IN CONTRACT $450 ONLY, DRIVER WAS HORRIBLY RUDE, AND LEFT WITH MY CAR RIGHT AWAY, NOW DAVID GALITSIN (OWNER) ASKING $900 TO DELIVER PLUS $50 FOR EACH DAY AS A PARKING FEE WHILE MY CAR IS PARKED AT HIS OWN RESIDENCE 4410 Sweet Ln S, Salem,OR, 97302 AND THIS IS TO ENOUGH DAVID IS TRYING TO SELL MY CAR UNLAWFULLY, THAT'S WHAT DAVID PERSONALLY TOLD ME THIS MORNING. As the name suggest they have highly saved my money and the goods. We can trust them under any circumstance and in any need. I didnt expect this low quote. I am completely satisfied with everything. Particularly I need to mention about the service provided by the driver. They were too professional in handling my service.
