: STAY AWAY FROM USING STI (SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION INC)
Stay away if possible from using the shipper STI for any of your delieveries. During a recent delivery the 3 drivers gauged a brand new deck when moving a hot tub in place after paying an additional fee for white glove service.
When trying to work out a claim with the companies insurance broker (Zurich) there was not flexibilty.
I would hate to see this happen to anyone else so check the company who is delivering your product and STAY AWAY FROM USING STI (SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION INC) (more)

I hired a company to ship my bike. Well it turns out that company must of been a brokerage company because the company that delivered my bike was CRST Specialized Transportation. My bike showed up damaged, covered in dust and grime. It was delivered on a straight truck (furniture delivery type truck) simply strapped down to the floor. Not covered, no soft straps used. There was a pallet jack not strapped down rolling free in the back of the truck. This company has no business shipping a motorcycle. They could careless they damaged my bike. (more)

: Beware Of STI
STI is a careless shipper. They caused $500 damage to my new motorcycle. They denied my damage claim. They have rotten customer service. I strongly advise you to avoid using STI. If you must, be prepared to sue for damages! (more)

STI is careless with shipping. They did $500 in damage to my property. They deny any claims. If us must use them, have ample evidence of the condition of your property and be prepared to sue! (more)

The service was very great, the driver was communicating to me very promptly regarding all the necessary details which I required. He called when he was on the way and updated me full details; the pickup and delivery was very well managed. I decided to carry on with this transport because of their reasonable price, decent approach and excellent communication. (more)

The transaction was very neat and clean. The truck looked brand new and polished well. The driver was respectful and dealt with his business promptly; he loaded the car, produced the documents and started with his work. After that the communication was excellent and they kept me informing everything related to my vehicle's location. Could not imagine better service and would absolutely use them again. (more)

I used STI Specialized Transport for the first time. Staffs at this transport were great to deal with, and my phone messages and emails were returned within minutes. My car was picked up ahead of time as expected, delivery date was a couple of days later than the original estimate, but the driver kept in constant contact and this caused no problems at all. Obviously, STI Specialized Transport cares about their customer's feedback and maintain excellent customer service. Thank you for taking good care of our customer. : Fantastic Service Again and Again
This as the 4th time I used STI Specialized Transport for transportation. My vehicle arrived in great shape on time with no problems! I am very satisfied with the service. Communication and customer service was excellent, scheduling was quick, billing was exactly as quoted with no hidden charges, and delivery was right on-time. No problems with STI transport, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this transport company and I will continue to use STI Specialized Transport Exclusively for my long distance transportation needs. (more)

: Great delivery
This was a excellent experience. The transporter arrived exactly on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and treated my car with care. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Fast, courteous service, on time on both ends will definitely use them again in the future and I would recommend STI Specialized Transport to anyone. They really take care of everything! (more)
