: NON PAYMENT
Myself along with over 60 other carriers have not been paid by Road Runner Auto Carriers. The owner Ryan Bierle, who also owns Kimberly Auto Mart, Has ripped us off $3000.00. I have received phone calls from 2 other carriers that he owes a total of $5900.00. Stay away from this carrier and his dealership. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Total rip off artist. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! (more)

no only was the staff impolite and rude, they charged my deposit without a contract and has not picked the vehicle up yet. (more)

These guys are VERY smooth, until you disburse them. After that there's a total lack of statement. IF you get them on the phone (they don't go back phone calls or emails to people who really were stupid enough to use them as a broker), the standard answer to when is my car due is 6-8 days. following four days, they just ignore you. : Very Positive Experience
The driver doing the pick-up was pleasant and professional.My car looked perfectly fine and was surprisingly not that dirty. I would definitely use them again. (more)
