Primary Auto Transport - Review

I decided to use Primary Auto Transport because they are a family owned company and they had zero complaints against them via the BBB. I also decided to use them because they always either answered the phone or called me back within 15 minutes. I placed my order on a Wednesday for a door to door shipment from Connecticut to San Diego, CA. The car was picked up on Friday by Ideal Express Car Carrier and delivered to me on time the following Sunday. My car was delivered damage free and my driver was very friendly. No complaints---would definitely use Matt and Primary Auto Transport again  (more)

When I was searching for a shipping company to transport my car across the nation, I was preparing myself for a tender experience. To my surprise, the company I chose (Priority Auto Transport) picked up and dropped off my car in the chosen time and the tow truck drivers were friendly and straight forward at both locations. The car was dusty but didn't receive any scratches or dents during the transport. I am now planning to ship my car back west and will almost certainly use them again.  (more)
