Onward Transport - Review

This is a wonderful service! Our car broke down during the pandemic, while my husband was completing chemotherapy. His doctors advised us to be vigilant regarding Covid-19. I was very concerned about safe transport for my husbands remaining sessions. Onwards representative assured me that the drivers followed strict safety protocols. When we met our first driver and observed her careful precautions, we knew we had made a good decision. The staff and drivers are kind, methodical and meticulous.  (more)

Onward has a very warm and kind approach to their drivers. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and the conversation was exciting and visionary. I was drawn in to drive for Onward right away. As a driver for the rideshare community since 2013. I have driven over 12700 passengers. This community has taught me quite of few things about the rideshare companies and how to serve riders.
