Ohio Auto Transport LTD - Review

Used this site to request various price quotes and received a half-dozen replies, ranging from 400 to 695, to transport approximately 400 miles. After receiving quotes, phoned Ohio and received quote which I at first thought too good to be true. But not so! His price was honored, his communication was honest and timely, and I was kept abreast of updates almost daily. Car was delivered in a timely manner with no problems, no damage. Both Chris and Tom were available for any questions, and always responded openly and professionally. Would highly recommend this crew for the transport of any vehicle to any location. I have never used a transport company before, so like so many others, had some anxiety over the process. Chris and Tom were on the ball. I booked my move early (2 weeks), but then needed to move it up. Chris and Tom accommodated the request, getting my car picked up on a Saturday before noon, and getting it delivered to Florida by 11PM THE NEXT DAY!!!!! The quote was not high, comparable to the other companies I checked out. If you are looking for a honest, hard working, transport company Chris and Tom are your guys. I will use these guys for any future transport needs I need, and will highly recommend them to anyone needing great service.  (more)

We contacted Ohio Auto Transport and the customer service rep was very helpful and quick to contact the carrier to reschedule our time.I was very surprised to get my car earlier than expected and compared to other quotes received, Ohio Auto Transport was the most competitive.From start to finish my experience with Ohio Auto Transport and carrier was excellent.Driver was also very courteous and professional and updated the status of delivery of my car. I needed to ship my previous Mercedes from ohio to florida. I first tried to use the low bidder, but they just wasted my time, then told me to offer more cash!!! After checking reviews, I saw Ohio Auto Transport had very good feedback from its customers and called them. Tom had my car in my driveway in about A week.
