: I would definitely recommend the company.
We shipped one car and two Vespas. I was so nervous about the whole process, but everything went smoothly. The vehicles picked up on day 3 of 4. They were delivered a day early. Marc did a fantastic job and the driver Brian was so friendly and really takes pride in his job! I would definitely recommend the company. (more)

: great experience
I initially hired a broker from U-Ship which posted my car transport for way too low on the trucker board. No drivers would pick up the car since it was posted so low. I cancelled with that company (which they made very difficult) and hired Number 1. Even though No 1 is located in NY and the car was in FL, it did not matter. The drivers like Number 1. Marc was a big help. Once Number 1 posted the car on the board, it was picked up the next day. The driver - Alex - delivered the car on time in perfect condition. We are happy. Thank you Marc, Number 1 & Alex.

: Great Service!!!
Thank god for number 1. I was booked with another transport company they never showed up then asked me for additional 700!! criminal!! So I canceled and called James from number 1. He had my car picked up a day after I book with him no money upfront and my car made it from az to ny in 5 days without additional charges.

: Keep up the fantastic work.
WOW what an amazing and easy experience Rob is the guy to see he was thorough and very very professional followed up with me the whole time regarding the transport of my car from NY to FL. Once I got the car it was in perfect condition he also answered any questions I had and was always available to take my call. If anybody is going to transport a car Number 1 Auto Transport is the way to go.

: I had a positive experience
After researching many transport companies, reading so many reviews, I decided on Number 1 Auto. I needed a trucker with an enclosed trailer to pick up my new car at a dealership many hours away from my home. I requested a specific date and was given a short window which was nice. I also requested a copy of the truckers liability insurance and was given that with no problem. Number 1 Auto gave me the truckers cell phone number and I was in contact with the trucker from the day before the car was picked up to the time it was delivered. The trucker was very friendly and nice. The delivery went very smoothly and would recommend using Number 1 Auto. I had a positive experience with them. (more)

Thank goodness for James Ryan & Number One. James. Was very caring, patient & most of all thoroughly knowledgeable about the business. He answered all my questions & followed up when I asked . We received sufficient notice before pickup & were given exact time of delivery by the driver. My wifes Jaguar, her baby, & my PT Cruiser convertible were handled with kid gloves by Kevin, the driver. Thank you James for what I thought was going to be a nightmare ship to Florida. Sam Green came to our rescue when we were in a pinch from another company canceling on us. We had booked to have our vehicle shipped from SF to Portland with another company (SF auto Transport/USA Auto Transport), but one day before our move, they cancelled the job. Fortunately, we were able to find Sam who hustled, worked his magic, and within ONE HOUR was able to find us someone to transport our vehicle! On the day of pick up, the dispatcher (Mike, One Wheel Trucking) came, adeptly brought it onto his trailer, and also kept us updated on the status throughout delivery.
We are so grateful to Sam for his help, he was great to work with--absolutely reliable, efficient, friendly and communicative! And thank you Mike for getting our vehicle here safely!
If we ever need to ship our vehicle to another state, we will be sure to ask for Sam again! (more)

: Delivery Of New Vehicle
I had just purchased a new vehicle from a dealership hours away from my home. I wanted a trucker with an enclosed trailer, and my car picked up on a specific day. Although Number 1 auto gave me a window of when my car can be picked up, the assigned trucker picked it up fairly quickly. I was given the cell number to the trucker who picked up my car which was a nice thing. We kept in contact until my car was delivered. I would recommend using Number1 Auto Transport. I had a great experience using them. (more)

: Awesome Experience
After trying with two other horrible transport companies this place came through with flying colors. How refreshing to be told the truth. I should have known that the low price bids were just fake, after they took your money you waited for a driver to pick up the job that never happened. They hold your deposit and will not give it back until they waste almost 2 weeks of waiting for nothing, . This place was honest, told me a price that a driver would accept the job and even told me that paying more would not help me out! When I need a transport company I will only call this place. You will not regret it. (more)
