I was relocating across country and needed to ship my car at the VERY last minute as I could not find a reliable buyer for my vehicle. Literally the night before I was scheduled to move, I was on the phone frantically trying to find quotes to ship my car. Monarch Car Shipping was the only company that picked up the phone. Granted, it was late and after standard business hours, but had it not been for Robyn, I would not have had any options and likely would have needed to delay my move - which would have created a huge financial and scheduling nightmare. Robyn was extremely helpful in trying to explore options for my nearly impossible scenario. She was very knowledgeable about the process and worked on my behalf to find an economic carrier. What I appreciated most was that she was completely calm when I described how tight my timetable was - an invaluable reassurance when you are in the middle of a chaotic move and have to resort to Plan C, D, and E when Plan A and B fall through. EXCELLENT JOB Thanks! Never shipped a car before, but got picked up as promised and delivered on time by an extremely professional driver who was very pleasant and took great care of my new car. It arrived as promised in great condition. I had cheaper quotes but found out they were not worth the paper they were printed on as my car was not picked up by the other company for over 10 days.
