This was the worst business experience I have ever had period. I am an honest person and work at a Bank. The dispatcher (broker I came to find out) Lied to me from the start of the transaction all the way to the end. First off I did not know he was a broker and acted as he owned a trucking company. He explained an easy transaction of 375.00 door to door delivery, I pay him a 175.00 deposit and pay the driver the remainder of the balance of 200.00 when delivered to my door. Well, almost 3 weeks later I get a phone call from a trucking company telling me they have my car, which was at a city 100 miles from my house and city. I explained was suppose to be door to door, thats when I found out about Mike being a Broker and he basically found a trucking company to take it to their destination which was 100 miles away, I dont consider that door to door at all. Next the company explained I can pick the car up for 400.00 or they will bring it to me for 475.00, well this is a total of 650.00, a bit of a stretch from the no problem agreed upon price of 375.00. Next I find out that the 175.00 "deposit" was not a deposit but a fee from the broker that would not be applied to the delivery as stated. When I contacted the Broker he knew he had lied the whole time and did not care one bit, simply stated was in the contract which he simply told me to click to sign. He did not explain any of this whole transaction to me and lied about every detail so he could get his 175.00. This is my first negative post about any business transaction I have ever done if that helps you to understand the value of my post. Please do not even consider this company, find another one that tries to do business honestly, unless you just like to be lied to and give your money to someone who could care less about you or your service.
