pickup was ONE day after initial phone call...delivery was 6 days later...mine was 1st car onto truck, so driver must not have left area for a couple more days...multiple drivers I think, so car was in PHX in just 6 days... (more)

Dealt with M.Sutherland for the first time and I must say it was an excellent experience from the start to the finish. I would most definitely recommend anyone shipping their vehicle, to give chance to them because they will do it right the first time. (more)

Although I could not often get a hold of the company when I required to. They did call me and showed up to select up the cars on time. However, The cars did not get delivered on time but were only a day delayed. Upon arrivel the drivers took outstanding care of getiing my cars off the truck with ease. I would use them once more. (more)

I phoned at 9:30 AM and was called by the truck driver at 11:AM to say he was set to pick up .I had to meet him on the main road by the highway , and was frightened with the service and would use M. Sutherland Transport once more and have told many more Canadians who are looking at buying a car and haveing transported
