M2Reeves LLC - Review

This was my first time shipping a car from another state, and I have to say this was a excellent service to use. I am so happy that I choose this moving service. They not gave me the lowest qoute, they picked up and delivered my car early. I have no critiques on this shipping company. Everything was done perfectly. The custemer service was excellent also. Everytime i had a question or concern they would always fiind out for me and give me an answer as soon as possble. Custemer Service makes sure that you feel safe with moving your car with M 2 Reeves. I would defenitly use this shipping company in the future. They also delivered my car with no scratches or dents, which was surprising, because everybody that I know always had something done to their car from the moving company. This is my second auto transport using M2Reeves as the broker. It was another excellent experience. In my case, I could not have the car delivered before a certain date. If anything, M2Reeves was too efficient in getting a transporter. I got word that the transporter would hit the first day of the pickup window, which was way too soon as the car would not even be in the state at that time. After discussing my specific delivery requirements, Lorri worked with the transporter who agreed to pick up my car a little later (at my request) to make the delivery timing perfect. I have had several other experiences with other brokers where their selection was not in my control and did not have good experiences. So now I have come full circle - my first experience was with M2Reeves and now my most recent experience is once again with M2Reeves. I am happy to be back with M2Reeves and will select them every time I am in control of selecting such services. G&N Transport also did a great job in working with me, transporting my car flawlessly, contacting me with the delivery timing and delivering exactly when they said they would - to the hour. Our daughter goes to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This year she is a senior and decided that she would like to have her car on campus. The car is a 1995 and we did not want to have to drive it 12 hours from New Jersey to Ann Arbor, Michigan. My parents used to ship their car when they would go down as snowbirds for the winter to Florida from New Jersey so I was aware that there are companies that do ship cars. I did not remember who they used because it has been many years since they did this. I decided to do a search on line and found several names. I called several companies for a quote, and M2reeves had the best price and seemed to be very courtious on the phone. It was going to be tricky to ship the car because we were driving out to Ann Arbor and did not want the car to get there to many days before we arrived. The company called us several times with availability and we kept delaying it. On the third call we shipped the car. The driver was extremely courtious and friendly. He told us that the car would arrive the next afternoon in Michigan. He came to our house promptly for the pick up and was just as prompt on the receiving end. It was an excellent experience and we would not hesitate to use this company again.  (more)

Descent work is dedicated by the concern. its really appreciated by me in person but then this review can make others aware of the company. Basically its a difficult task of shipping vehicle and The members over here consider here as a simple task, and our work is also too simple. end of the day their effort and performance are simply great and perfect.  (more)

I needed a shipper to move a vehicle i purchase on ebay and decided to go with M2Reeves.My experience with this company was excellent. The pickup was on time when they said it would be, and the drop off was on time as well. The price offered were reasonable and they didn't ask for a deposit until they had a driver.The vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I will be using them on my other car that needs to be transported next month.  (more)

After checking out numerous other auto transport companies- this M2Reeves offered the greatest price for my Honda Accord to be shipped from Florida to California. The staff were expert and quick. They told me that it would take about 8 days to have the car shipped but it arrived in simply 5 days- I was actually impressed with the time it took to get the car shipped. They also called a day before they came to pick up and drop off the car. Overall, it was excellent experience and I would absolutely choose M2Reeves again.  (more)
