I was quoted at first $500 + $150 deposit by credit card up front, and paid the driver the rest by cash at time of delivery. The original quote had changed once I was told the truck broke down and had to get another driver and it was going to cost me $100 more then my original quote. I was not happy about paying more but I accepted it and the pick up would be 1 day late. It took 5 days for me to get my car which was fine even though I first was told it would be 2-3 days.I do not recommend leaving messages on their answering machine because mine were not return. I would like to say I spoke with Roberts, Damien and Travis who were all very nice to me and helpful. I am just glad I got my car.

: Would Use Again
The only reason for not giving the full five stars was due to the carrier breaking down causing a big delay. Kyle stayed in contact and found a good replacement as fast as he could (which was about a week late). Other than that, my overall experience was good and I would recomend using them.
Also, they do have great prices compared to most haulers out there. They picked up my oversized Dodge Power Wagon for a substantailly lower price than others were offering. (more)

Very courteous, respectful and professional in the midst of serious problems that arose beyond their control. Worked diligently to make sure issue was resolve and care was delivered on time and in tact. (more)
