Level One Transport - Review

Camille at Level One operates as a broker, she provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost. The transporter she used was Auto Carrier Services, although the service was good it did not approach the stellar service provided by Level One. Delivery was ESTIMATED to take seven days, it took fourteen. The delay was partly due to the fact that a holiday weekend was thrown into the mix. Because of this delay I tried to get updates from the driver. Several messages were left on his cell phone without any response. It took two attempts going through ACS main office to finally get in touch with the driver and get the update I was seeking. When the car arrived it was covered in mud, even though it was on the most forward/highest point on the carrier! To see it in such a state was disappointing and it made a close inspection of the vehicle for any transport damage impossible. I reluctantly signed the transport manifest, drove the car to a car wash and was pleased to find no damage beyond what had been reported to me by the previous owner.  (more)

This Company Level One Transport is very expert in customer service and very Courteous especially Camille. She's very well-informed on transport business and very helpful in all ways. I would absolutely get this company again when in need to transport my vehicle again.  (more)
