Lepke Auto Transport - Review

I had to find a new carrier/broker after using a terrible one. Tobias arranged a next day pick up (I was able to come down to drop it off in the city to save time). The price was a little higher than original broker, but being so last minute I expected to pay even more. I would use this company again. The car was a little dirty inside and out, but driver gave a discount.  (more)

I have been working with Tobias Lepke and I have never experienced the worst customer service in my life. I have worked in customer service for a long time in the auto body industry and we always treat our customers with the highest amount of respect. However, this guy thinks he is a know it all and the customer DOSENT come first in which they should. The owner or whoever I was in contact with started arguing on the phone, telling me I was being "very difficult" which I was only trying to figure out how to get in contact with the driver. He did not want to help when we asked. I was appalled how he was treating me. All I wanted was to figure out how to get in contact with the driver and how the whole process worked. NEVER WORK WITH THIS PERSON! It is a horrible business and he is not a nice person. I have never wrote a yelp review in my life but I had to with this company because I have never experienced such bad service.  (more)
