I had a very good experience using this transport company. Alexander, our primary contact person, was friendly and helpful. This was my first time transporting a car and he assisted me every step of the way. We had an issue with getting a check to the driver when the car was picked up, so Alexander arranged to have payment made at the time of delivery. He did a great job of staying in contact with the driver of the truck and everything went smoothly.

: I definitely would recommend this company.
I am so pleased with the customer service I received at Kensington Auto. I had to change my plans as to the date of arrival from Connecticut to Florida. When I contacted Alex and discussed the change, within an hour he had contacted a carrier, the carrier then called my contact in Connecticut as I was already in Florida and everything was taken care of. This was in stark contrast to my experience in shipping my car home last year with another carrier.
