Jay Hawk Auto Transport - Review

Travis and Ron know the business, I was told it may take longer for pick up because of the busy season. I got e-mail that the car was getting pick up on Friday, Soon auto transport ( carrier) did not go, The salesperson at the dealership called me on Saturday, Monday I called Jay Hawk they looked in to it for me. The car did get pick up Monday and was delivered Thursday. I was happy that there is someone to talk to when there an issue. I like the way I was treated, and will recommend to other people. After reading about the horrors of transport from companies such as Eastern and others, I decided to take a chance and give a newer (and cheaper bid) company a chance in transporting my 1990 BMW 325i convertible to from Boston to Florida. Although the driver arrived late (got lost) the vehicle arrived to its destination in "two" days. I had his cell phone the entire length of the trip - Jayhawk was the broker and Best Auto Transport was the driver. Great service. Would recommend highly. Stay away from Eastern - they are crooks!  (more)

I decided to use Jay Hawk Auto Transport after having a bad experience with another auto transport company. I spoke with Ron, who was both helpful and polite. After initially getting a quote from him, he sent me an e-mail with the details. After I booked the transportation of my car, Ron sent me an e-mail that led to an easy form allowing me to pay the $200 initial payment. Ron called me when there was an available driver and asked me if I would like my car sooner for more money than I had been quoted. I declined and said I would rather wait for a driver. He respected my decision and found me a cheaper driver. I received an e-mail when the final driver had been booked. I was very happy with the customer service Ron provided. I highly recommend using this company if you ever need to transport a vehicle.  (more)

I did lots of research before deciding on this company the first time - I was very nervous because I had no experience with this. But they exceeded my expectations.Once the pickup was scheduled they communicated often about when and where the pickup would be made.My car arrived on time on expected date without any delay.Very good customer service at reasonable cost.
