Subject : amazing service

Great job - uneventful (which is what you want) - picked up car in WA dropped in DC. Driver was great so ITL hook up with good drivers. I had use them again - price was in line with online companies but I had use these guys If you are in the PNW. Responsive to emails and questions. 5 stars  (more)

Subject : no response to my request

This business is overrated. I did not receive the same level of customer service described in the other reviews and so I do not feel that the premium to ship with Interbay was worth the additional couple hundred dollars over other similar car shipping companies. There was a disconnect between the dispatch and the drivers that created difficulties that I expected I would not have had to deal with by spending more with a premium shipper. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.  (more)

Subject : highly recommended

Our first time using ITL, moved our truck from Seattle to New York City last month. The ITL team (Nate and Lisa) were very responsive, fair price, and hassle free, we were tempted by many low ball offers but settled on service level. Based on our experience, we recommend ITL!  (more)
