I thought in the beginning that this moving a car service would involve a lot of sales pitches and beurocracy, and it did. I got 30+ which I picked this company out of. They were helpful and assisted me every time i called. I felt they did a nice job as a whole. Driver was a foreigner but he was nice. Overall it was successful. Thanks. (more)

: I would definitely use them again.
I booked a shipment with them through uship, overall I am very happy with my shipment. It was picked up on time and even delivered a day early (shipped from CA to DE). They only lose a star because you have to contact them to get any status updates on your shipment and they donot use the tracking information on the uship site. They always responded to my status inquiries almost immediately (sometimes at 12am). I would definitely use them again.

Avoid At All Costs. They are terrible. Fly by night operation. They are hardly ever open and you need to reach them by email in order to see what is going on. Terrible. Run Away!

Ditto what others have said. These guys are brokers, not actual shippers. They do not own, nor do they control the trucks. They promise an actual delivery or pickup date, but they have no ability to actually perform on time unless somebodys truck is available. Avoid them and book directly with a trucking company that owns the trucks. You will get actual responses to your questions and a delivered vehicle! (more)

: Excellent Experience
Excellent service. Excellent communication. As i read the other reviews, it occurred to me that people use yelp as a forum to vent, simply because things did not go exactly as they wanted it to. All I know is My vehicle was delivered within the timeframe given, with excellent back and forth talk, during a massive snowstorm. To have a car delivered from Boston to Fort Lauderdale in perfect condition with NO problems is more than worthy of 5+ stars. Great job guys! Id recommend you over and over. To anyone using these reviews to base your judgement upon, im telling you 100%, these guys are the real deal. (more)

: AVOID THIS COMPANY
I booked this company weeks in advance to transport my car and constantly was contacting them for a date. They told me no worries it was in their notes and that it was fine. Even after continuous call and emails no one would call me and Mike was extremely rude. Despite telling me no worries and their rudeness they cancelled my car pickup the day before I was moving! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS (more)

: Excellent customer service; easy to work with
From start to finish, Initial Logistics was very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. The truck was picked up Saturday night, we were told to expect delivery on Tuesday... The driver contacted me Monday morning and asked if he could drop of the truck Monday afternoon! Yeah... We were very excited and it was great! I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and would readily use this company again. Thank you for the excellent service. (more)

I am glad that I selected this company.I enjoyed working with Amy through the whole process of transporting our vehicle. Staff at Transport Company was knowledgeable and friendly and they promptly responded to my emails and phone calls.I am impressed by the service I received from Initial Logistics.My car was delivered to my son on the military base, my son inspected his car from top to bottom, inside and out; with the exception of bird droppings, the car was delivered in the same manner it was picked up.I would recommend this company to all. : Very Pleased
I did lots of research before deciding on Initial Logistics to transport my car cross-country. Initial Logistics wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but they by far have the best reputation, and I'm so glad I took that into account. The driver was also very skilled at handling the car and I watched him put the car on and off the truck and was very impressed. Initial Logistics kept excellent communication through the entire process and kept me informed of the timing of the carrier. Really you guys are great! (more)

Best service I've had from a company in a long time! Initial Logistics was great to work with-professional and responsive. The drivers were friendly and kept in contact with me.
