IQ Transport - Review

I was very happy with Rodovaldo. He transported a car for us. He was beyond nice & polite & he was very professional. We would definately use them again. He works for Black Diamond Auto Transport Inc. Auto Transporters were great too. Scott did a great job!!!!! Job well done..very pleased.  (more)

I called and left I do not know how many messages before someone finally called me back. Then I set up a appointment for them to come over for an estimate and guess what - they never showed up. I called to find out what happened and they never bothered to call me back. The only reason I kept trying to use them after the first failed attempt to call me back was because I was referred to them by a previous customer. But, they did not show me any great service and to not even bother to follow up to apologize or to explain why they were a no show. Well... that just showed me how they would actually be if I hired them for my move. I know there are some pretty decent reviews on them but, my experience was pretty awful  (more)

I worked with Scott Ayres to ship my son's car to California. The car was picked up by Buzzetti Trucking Company. The driver was great and my son received his car in 4 days after pick-up. I received word from the despatch company the next day and the car was picked one day later. I would rate this company outstanding and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.  (more)

I have been reading some poor reviews of other companies, but all your worries will go away if you use IQ Transport.I am happy that I used this transport for shipping my new car.Staffs at this transport followed up with us to make sure everything worked out well. I appreciate their friendly, informative and professional attitude during the whole process.There were no hidden charges and very good service at reasonable cost. I was impressed with my contact at IQ Transport and with the transport driver. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgable.Excellent and prompt customer service. They contacted me frequently to explain the process and notify my of what was happening. Staff at IQ transport was knowledgeable and they had excellent communication and answered all questions in a timely matter.
