I needed an RSX picked up promptly in Albuquerque, it was picked up and delivered ontime...Great carrier will use again if I get a car out in that area again... very great communication and the Acura was delivered perectly...overall a excellent experaince (more)

: VERY KIND AND PATIENT! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FAST!
I would recommend Heartland. The only constructive criticism that I have is that they should call before they pick-up and before drop-off to make sure the recipients are available. I was lucky the people I had helping me out were available, if not, it would have become an issue.

: Worst moving experience
Worst trucking company I have ever used. I booked a hotshot delivery 10 hours away and the load made it to site 40 hours later (30 hours late). The representative that I spoke with while trying to locate this truck while in transit could not provide answers and blatantly lied to me. This company cost my client thousands of dollars and our relationship. DO NOT BOOK WITH HEARTLAND (more)

Excellent service from the transport company. Car was picked up and delivered as they scheduled & promised. Price was truly fair. All people over there were courteous. Would use them again for sure and would recommend them to others. (more)

Would use them again without any hesitation. Every aspect of this move went like clockwork which was systematically done. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. They were always available to answer my questions even at late times.I'm impressed with their service. (more)

: Very good customer service!
I felt totally comfortable having franks auto transport handle delivery of vehicle for our move from Colorado to Florida.If you have a newer car, "closed" is preferable to minimized dirt, etc. But otherwise,open transport is sufficient. Driver arrived promptly and delivered the car quickly, usually in a couple of days, though I was in no hurry.I am satisfied with their service. If I ever find another car online and I need it to be delivered, I would definitely Heartland Transport and Transport again. (more)

: Very good customer service
I looked at several transporters and selected Heartland Transport because of their openess and timely responses to questions.They were prompt in arranging pickup and guided me through all the minor issues I would not have thought about. The driver was very friendly ,kept in touch and arrived to pick up the vehicle at the time he stated.My car arrived safely to destination. I would highly recommend Heartland Transport ! Staffs were very personable and makes sure that everything is going on schedule. I will use Heartland Transport . (more)
