Haul My Ride - Review

Hello My name is Laura, After several dates, research, companies, comparing services, prices, time, other aspects of this type of transportation, I made the decision to use Haul My Ride to transport our vehicle from California to Texas. Michelle contacted me immidiately and provide all the information of how was the transaction was going to be done, there were no additional cost, they pick up and delivered the timely. There was no damage to the vehicle and they also provided me with a contract and insurance information, just in case I needed. I recommend this company for their excellent work ethic and services. Rather than get into just how terrible of an experience I had with Haul My Ride when trying to ship my ford explorer, let me explain their tactics. This is a company whose tactic is to bid low, hoping to be the lowest bid, then they get a deposit from you - problem is they bid so low that no truck driver will take it and meanwhile they hold your deposit and if you try to get it back, suddenly fees appear out of thin air in which they deduct for DOING NOTHING. I feel this company operates in a SCAM fashion, sure they might ship a few cars, but how many customers wait months for these monkeys to find a driver to haul your car for nothing? Michelle is familiar and prompt. I read on here that some people had problems but everything worked out fantastic for me. Michelle secured a driver very soon and I got my car very shortly. I would surely use them once more.  (more)
