: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Do NOT use this business for your transportation needs. After they had my 900 deposit, they did not return any of my phone calls, they were 9 DAYS LATE on picking up my car. I had hired them to ship my car from Va to Hawaii... I hired them to faciliate transportation ALL the way to Hawaii. You would THINK they would know the rules and regulations of shipping a vehicle to Hawaii since this is THEIR business. But once my car arrived at the port in California, I was charged 285 to drain the gas from my gas tank because there is not supposed to be gas in your car. (more)

: Worst company ever
I would never recommend using them. They are extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to get my refund from them (since I decided not to use their service as they kept stringing me along and I had a deadline to ship my car by) since MAY. MAY! I have emailed, called, spoke with people who told me the refund has been mailed - I believe its all a lie. Its now gotten to the point where if I call they either do not answer, or they put me on hold indefinitely, forcing me to hang up.
Never ever use them. (more)

: one of the best moving experiences
I used Golden Transportation for transport to and from the airport from the suburbs. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and was professionally dressed in a black suit a la men in black. He helped get our luggage in and out of the car. We are a family of 5 so we were transported in a Black Escalade. The car was clean, spacious and there was bottled water enough for all of us. The ride was smooth and direct. The driver was courteous and professional. They left a great first impression and I cannot imagine using any other company. (more)
