Go 2 Transportation - Review

EXCELLENT! FANTASTIC! SUPERB!....I could go on and on. Go 2 took my order on short notice and did everything they said they would. My 1943 Ford GPW Jeep (completly restored - the car of my dreams ) was picked up in a brand new tractor & enclosed trailer (top of the line equipment) and delivered to me on time and in perfect condition. Rolando was always available and very professional, he kept me posted on the location of the truck though out the trip (GPS). And Jim my driver was excellent! He called to make sure when I wanted deliverly and brought it to my front door.He was even concerned abouth the weather because he did not want my jeep to get wet. He was very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Needless to say If I ever need to move another vehicle Go2 is who I will GO 2!  (more)

I recently purchased a classic Cadillac from a CLC member in Wisconsin. I searched reviews from other CLC members for auto transport. Based off quotes for covered transportation and several positive reviews on the CLC forum, I decided to use Go 2 Transportation over some of the bigger known names in auto transport. This was the first time I have had to ship or transport a car, so I did not know quite what to expect. I emailed a few questions and information about the pick up and delivery window and was told an estimate pick up date by Tommy and driver would be assigned. Driver showed up to sellers place two day earlier than expected. Luckily it worked out for us and I received my car two days earlier, but this could have been an issue if seller was not available. A negative was my perception of lack of communication. My dream car was coming to me and I felt I was in limbo knowing when it would be finally here. I had to reach out to see if a driver was assigned and we only heard from the driver when he was about 24 hours out from pick up and delivery. Once driver was close, he did provide updates on when he would actually be at my house. Overall I am happy because I got my car fast and safe. I am giving five stars due that car was picked up and delivered within seven days as promised just early, which was not a problem for me. I also appreciated the fact it was delivered on a Saturday, since I did not have to take time off work. There was also no delays due to weather which was great since a big snow storm was happening in the mid west at the time. Driver Marcelino was very professional and prompt. The early morning delivery allowed a first full day to go over the car. Five stars for him too.  (more)

Going on day 2 now with no delivery. Have been given a date a time for 2 days now to meet at a location for drop off. Was told it would be there between 3-3:30 and sat there until 4 without anyone showing up, called to figure out what was going on to find out driver was “rerouted” an hour and a half away and wouldn’t be able to deliver my car until the next day, this has happened 2 days in a row now. Nobody even bothered to call me to let me know nobody was going to show up, I had to call them. Highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.  (more)

I was very pleased with the professional manner of transaction, in which my father's classic car was transported. My dad is no more away and I need to travel from Arizona to Florida to take care of his possessions. Both the company representative and the driver of the truck were very flexible and empathetic to my circumstances. I was able to handle all the arrangements over the phone. My father's car was delivered ahead of schedule in the same condition it left Florida.  (more)

outstanding operation, recommended by my sister in law who used them to transport my nephews car from North Carolina to California. She was thrilled with the driver and overhaul she rec'd so I also chose to go with them. Rolando was amazing to work with, very communicative and responsive and his drivers take very good care of the vehicles.  (more)
