: huge lack of communication
I used global auto transport to ship my girlfriends car from Cincinnati, OH to Tempe, AZ. I must say there is a huge lack of communication with this company. Elina was my salesperson, and I felt like I was constantly reaching out to get an update status on if they have found a driver to ship my car or not. Rarely did I get responses to my emails, and my vehicle did not get shipped on the desired date. I will say however that when Elina did find a driver for me it was smooth sailing from there. The driver Jason (who worked for S&S picked up my car and had it to me in as little as 4 days. Great customer service and punctuality from the driver. Also you cannot beat the price. I paid a total of $945 to have my car shipped 2000 miles. All in all I will take it, but for someone who was nervous for their first time shipping a car, I would have liked if global auto transport stayed in contact with me more and responded to my emails. Like I said, constant communication to the customer definitely needs improvement (more)
