DELIVERY WAS 2 DAYS AFTER THE PROMISED TIME. NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS FROM THE TRANSPORTER TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE. ALL COMUNICATIONS WERE MADE BY ME. THEY DISPLAY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I DON'T THINK THEY CARE.  (more)

I felt the need of transportation while shifting my House to my newly built house. By luck I got this contact through one of my close friend and it was really helpful. This company was approached by me just once and they followed up so well. I was in a tension of shifting my house and handed over my vehicle here. They never distracted or disturbed me at any cause; smoothly they carried out my vehicle from my old to new place. But at the same time they were promptly informed about the location of my car. While checking up during the delivery the vehicle was found so clear and not even a single scratch or defect is seen. If you are looking for a Good transport company use GT Auto Transport . This is the third or fourth time I have used GT Auto Transport, each time they exceed my expectations. They are quick to reply, assign the vehicle and they communicate. Every time I get the driver's cell number so I can check the progress of the move at any time. I have never had any problems with damage or items missing upon delivery. Keep up the Great Work….  (more)
