Fox Auto Transport - Review

Chris was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process. He kept me up to speed with all that was going on. It was bid low in the beginning so we had to raise the price to get it picked up but was still less than other carriers. The driver arrived early which was great. He was always in contact with me and returned calls very promptly. Car arrived in great condition - needed a wash but that is expected in an open carrier. Overall great experience.  (more)

After naively submitting a random online request for a quote to transport a vehicle from Michigan to Texas, I was immediately overwhelmed with hundreds of phone calls, texts and emails from all over the country. I finally reached out locally for personal recommendations. Thankfully, one of my neighbors recommended Patrick from Fox Auto Transport and I couldnot be more impressed! He thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered my multitude of questions on a Thursday and called me with a very reasonable offer the following Monday. I was initially hesitant to go through a broker but I am so happy I did! I have used Fox Auto Transport twice in the last 2 years, a tow for 99 Honda Civic from Alabama to Maine. And a tow from Maine to Seattle. Prices are reasonable and great service. Will happily use Fox Auto again and recommend to friends/family  (more)

Very straight forward ,no BS type person. He lived up to his end. The shipping company he used were not one for communication but deliver the car all in one piece with no damage. Better Business Bureau rate Fox A . Try to find another agent with an A rating. The best I could find was a B-. Need not say more!!!  (more)

I was extremely impressed. I spent much time researching dissimilar companies, checking their BBB ratings. Chris Gilligan at Fox was enormous. Every time I contacted him with a question, he answered correct away. He scheduled a transport for us within hours of publishing our contract, and the cost never changed from that which was quoted.
