Finishline Transport - Review

I contracted with Suncoast Auto Carriers out of Florida. They in turn sub-contracted with Finish Line Auto Transport in Apple Valley, California. I will make this brief. I believe both companies are a rip off. Finish Line is a bogus company. Their address is non-existent which I confirmed with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department. The phone numbers for the company are "ghost" numbers. When I researched one of the numbers it came back to Southwest Airlines in Nevada. After having my car for a over a month they never delivered it. I had to fly to California to pick it up. When I picked it up it was damaged and it had 3000 miles more on the odometer than when I purchased it. They never refunded my money. I made complaints with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation. They have not helped me at all in recovering the money I paid to transport my vehicle or for the damage. I can get no help from any agency I have contacted. Basically I am told there is nothing I can do. I have lost $750.00 for the transport and $672.00 for the estimated damage. This company is run by scam artists and thieves. DO NOT use Finish Line Auto or Suncoast who basically washed their hands of the whole situation after they refunded me the $150.00 booking fee I piad to them. We went through the bidding process twice before you settled with Finishline Transport. I was extremely satisfied with Finishline Transport who solved a major crisis for us. We were on a very tight schedule to get our car from California to Utah on a specific day and another company's carrier that we had signed on with, never showed up or called us on the day he was scheduled to pick up our car. Then we tried Finishline Transport because they were local and had great reviews. To our surprise, representative from this company answered the phone and within 10 minutes, he had a carrier scheduled to pick up our car the following morning. My car came on time, was extremely professional and was able to get our car to Utah on the day we needed it.Thank you for your great service!  (more)

This was my first experience transporting a vehicle and I am impressed with service I received from Finishline Transport. They picked up the car on the day I said it would be ready and my car was delivered within two days before the expected date. The staffs were always very professional, never pushy, always answering all my questions, and they were very quick to find me a driver.
