Fast Auto Transport Inc. - Review

Broker insisted that the driver from fast auto is very professional - NOT EVEN close to be a professional..driver was RUDE..did not picked vehicle on time..5 days later NO vehicle..NO information where is the vehicle or driver..called broker again and broker was speechless,because he could not believe vehicle has not been dropped off..finally driver called.i asked few questions and driver cut me off..WTF - i am paying for the service and i have to be cut off..Finally vehicle arrived - NO Bill of Landing..DAMAGE to front grill,by the way grill is $600 new..driver argued it was the way i picked up..IF IT WAS IT WOULD BE REFLECTED ON B.O.L..driver took off...Now i am stuck with damaged grill BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!  (more)

paul with this company lied about everything first he informed me driver is on his way to pick up vehicles and then later message me that he got sick and next day same story this time drivers truck broke down and now he wants more money to pick up vehicles .. end of day it cost me more than 400.00 for storage because he didnt pick up vehicles .. please think twice before you use this comapany .. buch of crook working for united freeway transportation.. even manager or maybe owner is also crooked //// beware before you use this company i wont recomend any one to use this company  (more)

Here's the thank you note I wrote to the agent who helped me through the process. "Wanted to thank you for your service last week and getting our car from New York to California so efficiently. I was pretty skeptical about the whole process and even more worried after some of the stories I heard from my friends regarding delayed pickups and hidden charges from other transports. But your guy came the day you promised, delivered the car within 4 days, and no extra charges. So everything worked out perfectly. Definitely worth the price."  (more)

If you want to get riped off use This company, sucks they stole $700.00 from me Review:For 1 they are just a broker they send a guy with the name jim birchfield out of colorado he called me and told me he was sending a tuck to come pick my car up then he did. I gave the truck driver a money order $500.00 (Different Company) the tow yard called me 8 days later and said they mailed jim the check but he never picked my truck and there we going to file a abandon tittle on it so then i picked it up from the town yard had to pay $200.00 to them after i lost the $500.00 i almost had my $20,000 truck stolen because this company sucks. i called both companys over and over and they won't give me my money back. For all those poeple out there that want a good deal get a good company and tell them what fast auto transport charges they will match it.  (more)

I dint expect that transporting a vehicle would be this painless. I'm a bonafide snowbird and I journey down to FL four months out of the year. Fast Auto provided harass free service. I suggest FAST AUTO and will use them once more.  (more)
