My mom died in Red Bluff Calif....I contacted this company to ship my car door to door to Colorado which they said was no problem at all. Promised me one truck, no changing trucks, door to door in ten days or less to get it started. I paid extra for some boxes that in put in car to bring out in the car. Gave them 215 dollars to get started and the rest here. Nothing I was promised happened. They called several times to say it was going to come soon but never did. Then called back to tell me it would be 1,100 or more instead of 710 we agreed on up front. They said they would more deposit money and now have to get a separate driver from Red Bluff to Sacramento to a terminal and a fee for the terminal. Then to Denver but not to house. Totally lied to from the start. Not one thing promised was done and they kept my 215 deposit. Car is still in California. Thanks alt. it was bad enough losing my mom than to add this to it.. I'm a firefighter in Colorado and will if asked will definitely not recommend this company.  (more)
