I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future! My search for car shipping companies was not going well at first. There are SO many horror stories about loosing deposit money and damages to the vehicle upon delivery. Scary stuff! I called Empire because they had a 5 star rating and overall good reviews. I spoke to George about specifics of my needs (last minute move and I needed my car shipped ASAP) and he was very professional and helpful. He was very honest about the timing and the pricing (he was within a ~$50 range of most other companies I received quotes from) and spent a few minutes explaining to me how this business works, how the truck companies are chosen, etc. I needed to make a few more arrangements before I committed and there was NO pressure from him to go any further until I was ready. Once I agreed to use Empire, George handled the paperwork and arrangement of the truck immediately. I ended up having a truck to pick up my car the next day! Although that is rare, I am sure its because George was looking out for me. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again!  (more)
