Elite Auto Carriers - Review

I have to say for starters, I am a military wife and I am accustomed to moving and the things entailed. We recently relocated from California all the way to NY!! Which I was excited about, except for the moving part! We have had our vehicles transported in the past with not so pleasant experiences. This last move, Elite had been recommended to us and we had checked with them as well as other companies for prices. I dealt with a young man named Russell who was an absolute pleasure! I chose to do business with Russ because of how I was treated. The other companies offered a similar quote and were pleasant, but I did not have that feeling of comfort because my every request was being "promised".(Dates are generally estimated, been burnt before with "promise" dates) my gut steered me back to him because of his honesty and it paid off, literally. I was originally quoted a price of $1300 and Russ was able to negotiate a price of $1100. This was after I had paid my deposit and was past shopping around! I feel he went the extra mile and I will definatly use Elite in the future!!  (more)

Liz was great! She communicated and replied quickly to my questions. I also spoke with the driver to talk about pick up day. I’ve hired 3 other companies and they didn’t do as good of a job as. If you’ve never shipped before do not be concerned about when you’ll get your car. These drivers have enough stress coordinating pick up and deliveries across the country. When you ship Contact them for updates but never be one of these “I want my car today” people. Patience. My car arrived within the couple of days that they talked about.
