East Coast Auto Transport - Review

My new car was transported from Florida to Rhode Island In April 2019 and I am still dealing with the fact that they will not pay for the damages which was done by their company. I have pictures showing no damage on my car when I left it at the terminal in Florida dated 4/19/19 and when I picked It up in Rhode Island, I noticed the damage to the bumper right away. Its almost $2000. of damage. Pictures dated do not lie. When I brought it to the girls attention at the time of pickup she was so sassy and told me " well, get an estimate", which I did. They refuse to pay. They have terrible customer service, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.  (more)
