I used Dealers Choice Auto Transport to ship my car from NJ to Southern California after a local Audi dealership recommended the company to me. The customer service rep that I talked to was very friendly and quick to send me the required information/forms. The driver arrived with my car on the earliest estimate date. I would use this company again if I need to ship my car. (more)

I have used several car transportation companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. I had a car transported from California to Nashville and the service was excellent from start to finish on they did not ruin the car and kept me updated throughout the process would highly recommend this company (more)

: Lost parts in shipping
I paid to have my Polaris RZR4 shipped in a closed container it was shipped in an open truck. Hood blew off and they will not pay for replacement.

I contacted the company and needed delivery done ASAP. Scheduled a pick up for Saturday, they picked it up a day early! Delivered before noon on the day they promised. The communication was great. The quote was reasonable. All went well. (more)

I booked the move on 4/27/11 and was told the move would be in 3-4 days. 19 days later the move has not been done. I call everyday and get one excuse after another. 17 days into the ordeal they decided to raise the price. I booked with another company and they are picking up bike in 2 days and delivering in 48 hours. Do not get involved with this company. (more)
