: customer service is horrible
If the package you ordered is being delivered via Cooper transport, good luck to you. The chances of you getting your package in a reasonable timeframe is slim to none. They need to communicate to their vendors about their new ship times so they can update their customers. Just FYI -- their freight ship time is WEEKS... not the days they are quoting to their customers. Customer service is non existant. (more)

: Great Work
It is a good company, but they need better management. Also the drivers are their own worst enemies. Good pay if you work, great benefits and it is a union job. Made almost 90K last year and did not even work hard. Plus the benefits package was 35K, so it is a 125K or more job per year. It is like being your own boss if you work and do your job. (more)

They were awesome in delivering the service promptly. Very informative, truthful and helped me to get my daughter's car safely without any damages. The driver was very courteous and found on time. No delay during the process and I'm satisfied with them. Thanks for the wonderful support. (more)

: Well Managed:
The transaction was orderly managed here; they provided dedicated service to me. No damage was happened during the process, while during the delivery my vehicle was kept clean. The driver was courteous and Very professional. On the whole the transaction was too good. (more)

: Great Attitude
We have used this company a few times, they are honest, reliable, and provide great services! Not only that, they are polite and have great attitude towards customers, and are always on time within pickup and delivery! I give them 2 Thumbs Way Up!
