: No issues with the delivery
I had to transport my vehicle from Houston to San Jose. The my offered me a competitive rate and delivered my car promptly. Unfortunately car pick up and delivery is always complicated but that is not the companys fault. It was really hectic to figure out what time the driver would arrive to pick up my car and we struggled a little to get it picked up at a good location. Thankfully the driver did drop off my sister in law after she dropped off my car. That was really kind of them I appreciated that greatly. No issues with the delivery though and everything else was good Thanks a lot (more)

: Customer service issue
I recently had an issue with the quality of customer service they provide. I called Compass Transport LLC for availing their services as I was shifting to Florida. I am yet to receive their services and I have already shifted with the help of another transport company. Apparently they are yet to process my request and I had to go through last minute issues in order to take care of what was necessary then. (more)
