If you are a broker or a carrier and are caught posting a negative review about Central Dispatch or Jtracker - they will kick you off the system. Sad. They suck. They know it. They do not care. Every broker and carrier knows it. Nothing you can do about it. Monopoly because nobody will build a dispatch board we can all jump to and leave these people in the dust. (more)

: Unacceptable Service
Today is Sunday and I cannot pay my bill due to a flaw with the Central Dispatch web portal. I have complained about this more than a year ago and the trouble has not been resolved. Also, there is no after hours tech support available and they have just increased their price to utilize their service by more than $20 to more than $104. Where is the customer service - obviously this will hamper my ability to schedule potential loads for the upcoming week. (more)
