I was more than pleased with the transport services provided by Carolina Automotion and would HIGHLY recommend this company. The staff were extremely thorough and professional in answering my questions, and I felt confident that my car would safely make it from North Carolina to Michigan - in fact, it arrived at the exact time the driver said it would, even down to the minute! And, it was more affordable than any other company I looked at. I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Automotion. (more)

: Great Expierence
Carolina Automotion was great to work with. They handled all the details with efficiency and my car transportation an easy expierence. We had never had to deal with moving a car before and really was not sure what to expect. They showed up when they said they would and explained the details prior to them happening. I really appreciate their professionalism and timeliness. (more)

I want to thank Jim and his driver Kelly for an awesome experience. Jim handled everything from start to finish with professionalism. He had my vehicle picked up on the day he said he would and the delivery was scheduled down to a 3 hr timeframe. I bought this car online and the driver called me when it was picked up and took pictures with his phone and sent them to me before loading to assure me of the condition of the car. I would recommend Carolina Automotion to anyone who wants top notch personal service and on time transport of their car. (more)

: Love this place.
They never try to oversell me. They are honest with me about everything having to do with my car. 30 oil change rocks. I always go here. They remember me each time too Tony is awesome Definitely make sure he is there If I had to make one complaint it is that the wait time is usually incredibly long. So be prepared Fortunately theres a shopping complex beside it and they have TVs toys pool table coffee kiosk etc to help kill time (more)

: Very poor management and customer care
Carolina Automation is a very ironical name for their company as they are always late from what I have collected recently and they never came to my place for providing services when I availed their services couple of months back. Very poor management and customer care. (more)
