: The Best Carrier Ever
Working with Car Carrier Direct has been a wonderful experience. After weeks of researching many car transporters and reading horrors about how cars were treated in transit, I luckily came across Eric Sailer at Car Carrier Direct. Not only did he answer and explain each of my endless questions. but he actually called back when I left a message. The price was lower than any other quotes I had received and the service was great.
The bottom line is that Eric called me within days with the name and phone number of the hauler (Rockland Auto Transport) who would be taking my car, and explained that Steve would be calling me to set the time, date and place for pickup. My car was picked up last Thursday on time by a very pleasant and caring Steve; the car was was delivered yesterday (Thursday) in CA in the exact condition that it was sent. No damage, nothing. We were very, very pleased on both Coasts.
I recommend Carrier Direct very highly, not only for their professionalism, but for the pleasand and personal attention that they give. (more)

: Great Service Experience
Car Carrier Direct and Eric went out of the way to provide me with absolutely all the help and service I could hope for.
They worked very closely with me on pickup and delivery windows.
They had great recommendations, and even went so far as to warn me against some things. They were very flexible in accommodating my requests and had no problem with making changes when my wife got sick and we had to change who would receive the car.
They were very agreeable in working out billing and paying for services.
The actual carrier, EWECT, was equally professional in every way.
Everyone involved in the whole process was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. I would never consider ever using anyone else.
BTW, THIS IS NOT A PAID ENDORSEMENT. These guys are great! (more)

I called Eric to inquire about moving my car from Bergen County, NJ to Seattle (where I got transferred). He was very helpful explaining the entire process to me, he was up front about the pricing, and everything he told me ending up being true. I went with his company, he found a very professional trucking company to move my car, everything was picked up on time and he answered my calls and gave me updates whenever I wanted/needed them. I would highly recommend his company and will definitely use him again should I need to move a car. (more)

Awesome move.very impressed with Quickness. I placed order on Tues midday and Thurs Morning carrier was available to pick up car.

: unreliable service
Car Carrier Direct Transport Company is very unreliable. They delayed delivering my car by two days and thus as a result lot of my work got affected in those two days. I also had a horrid time in getting details and answers from the concerned authorities in those two days. (more)
