Subject : Do not use this company ever!!

Do not use this company ever!! We used it to ship a BMW 550 from NY to AZ. The car arrived 5 days late! It was covered in dirt as expected, but also oil! They were impossible to get in touch with and get updates about my cars location. When it arrived it was missing a parking sensor and the driver just brushed it off. He was however the most friendly person I have dealt with in this whole experience. Also not to mention they put 40 extra miles on the car. Whats that about.  (more)
