: Wonderful experience
The transportation of my car to Florida from New York proved to be an absolutely delightful experience. After going online and seeing mostly bad reviews for many difference carriers, a friend recommended me to AutoCarry. Penny, the woman who answered the phone, could not have been nicer and more pleasant. She thoroughly explained the process to me . The price was very reasonable. My car was picked up on a Monday in Manhattan and Thursday morning AutoCarry called to say it was safely in Florida and they wanted to arrange delivery. After hearing horror stories from so many people about their experiences of transporting their car, I cannot say enough good things about AutoCarry, who I would give 10 stars to if that were possible. They are terrific!

: DO NOT USE AUTOCARRY
Our new Mercedes is MIA for 12 days. Picked up in NJ to be delivered in Fla, NO ONE answers the phone. Upon further research I discovered that this company has NO address (a BOGUS one) and NO business license. I have contacted law enforcement in both states to file stolen car reports and have filed a claim with my insurance company. (more)

: Ripped Off
Our car was delivered 4 days late after being driven the last 300 miles in breach of our agreement. Car was delivered running on fumes in spite of starting with an almost full tank.
The worst part was our center console was cleaned out including a 50 year old Villanova class of 1960 ring.
Not so much as a sorry or attempt effort to pay for the gas.
It is a potential disaster dealing with such a dishonest organization. (more)

For the past 2 years I have been transporting my car back and forth to Florida from New Jersey, I have a 2005 Chrysler 300. I contacted Autocarry in Sept. 2008 I advised to them that this would be my first time ever using a service such as this and that normally I would drive the car myself but find myself unable to make the drive any longer. They took the time to explain in detail there procedures, and the cost of shipping my vehicle. Within minutes we had settled on a date and was told that I would be receiving paperwork in the mail in a few days. I am happy to say that I did get the paperwork mailed in my deposit and I received a call the day before my pickup with a time frame as to when I should be expecting the driver, the car was picked up on the scheduled pick up date and within the time frame that I was told. I was told that I would be receiving my car within 4-7 days after my car was picked up and I DID! I was so pleased with there service that I have used them ever since. My car was just transported again in April from Florida to New Jersey and I have already made my arrangements for the return trip in November. Thanks Autocarry! (more)
