Please be careful when you give your information to this company like your email, telephone number etc. I gave my information to company, punch in my destination and informed me that it would cost between 1000-1300 with other carriers but if I signed with him now, he would charge me 995.00. I advised representative no, I had cheaper rate and to forget it and representative started rambling on about other companies service, rates dependability so forth. I informed representative not to run my information with other carriers because they were to high and ask me if I’m sure, I said yes, forget it. He said ok and we hung up phone. No more than 5 minutes later, I started receiving excessive emails, phone calls and text from other carriers. I called representative back after receiving all these calls and he informed me that he already run my info on computer. I said that was a lie, he explained to me that it was a misunderstanding and so on. Bottom line, give only destination and receive quote before you give any information out. Save yourself a headache. I’m still receiving calls as I’m writing this posting. (more)
