I have actually transported a few vehicles with this company. My agent always kept me in the loop with what to expect during the transport; from the deposit to the COD. The drivers were sure to contact me and update me with the status of the transport and arrival time. I would definitely recommend using American Auto Transport! (more)

: Driver does what he wants
Bottom line, my car was not delivered to my door. First driver says the 2 lane public road I lived on was too narrow. When I question this he then says he's worried my car might be damaged from low power lines. If a 18 wheel moving truck can deliver furniture to my house he should be able to deliver a car. I then had to pay an extra $45 to get someone else to deliver to my door. Company refused to refund. (more)
