: Don't ever do business with.
These people lie to their customers. They are brokers who give out a low quote to their customers then charge a non-refundable deposit. Then put the order online at a higher paying price. Then leaves it up to the driver to collect the higher price when he delivers the car. They never tell the customer that it's going to cost more or they wait tell the car is in transit and blame the driver. TRUST ME ITS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. (more)

: Company was dishonest and customer service was poor
I agreed to have All USA Moving Services, Inc move my vehicle from Lincoln Nebraska to Plymouth Minnesota for $375. After an extensive phone conversation with Elie and after I received an email with in regards to the same conversation I signed up to have them provide the service. Elie guaranteed (verbally and by email) that the vehicle would be shipped on 11/14 for $375, and if was shipped on a later date they would cover the $20 a day storage fee from the auction company (Copart). The vehicle was never shipped on 11/14 and I never received a call that it wasn't shipped. I requested my money and they said not a chance. They also said the guarantee the salesman (Elie) gave me verbally and by email doesn't mean anything. Customer service called me 11/15 and said they have someone that will ship the vehicle, but the cost will be $450 (instead of $375) and they will not pay any storage fee's. Poor company to do business with and extremely dishonest. (more)
