Advance Car Carrier - Review

Overall experience was great. Car was picked up from the dealer on the day it was supposed to be. Car arrived safe to Portland. I went directly to the facility to pick it up. Clean well run operation and the trucks looked to be in very good shape. The staff was very pleasant and they even washed the car from me. Advance Car Carrier moved me from Atlanta to Portland in 4 days. I watched them put my car on the huge auto carrier. My fear of sending my beloved Toyota across country was abated when I saw the care and expertise with which the car was loaded. The car arrived in Portland almost a week before I did, and Advance kept it at their terminal without additional charge. It got here clean and without a single scratch I hadnnot put on it before they picked it up. I cannot imagine a better car-moving experience.  (more)

if you value your car DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES ! Stay Far Away from them ! My car arrived damaged a totally busted drive shaft and 4 huge holes in the frame from the wrong hooks improperly placed. they will not accept any responsibility and they have no insurance . I could not see or inspect the car until I paid IN FULL . No wonder because they ripped up the car and refuse to even make an insurance claim. 646 831 2847 call me for the whole nightmare story.  (more)

I was transferring my car from WA to GA, which was cross the nation. To my surprise, the car arrived at the destination only 3 days after picking up. Although the car appeared unclean, everything was suitable. Plus, all stuff in the truck was still there. Their service was outstanding!  (more)
