: There Is No Reason Cars Should Be Coming Multiple Days Beyond Their Predicted Time Of Arrival
I signed the contract and paid a full amount on September 26th from Colorado to California. They didnot pick up my car at the dealership until 10 days later October 4th and today is October 9th and i still have not received my car. I had to call them everyday to ask the status of my car. They kept saying my car will be there today but it has been over 5 days and they are not sure when my car will arrive. If you plan to ship your car from this company, make sure you call and follow up and dont expect your call will arrive within 1-5 days (per their contract). (more)

: Great Job By Joe At Accelerated Services And Brandie At Agape Auto Transport
This was a very pleasant experience from my first call to Brandie at Agape Auto Transport to receiving my Porsche Boxster S from the Accelerated Services driver, Joe. I posted an online request for quotes to transport my Porsche and I received over 10 quotes and phone calls. Some of the the quotes were crazy low and I read the reviews on these companies...stay away! Then, I found Agape Auto Transport through my own search for a transport broker. I called Agape because they had great reviews (now they have another great review) and I agree with their Christian-based business practices. I probably could have contracted with another company for ~$30 to $50 cheaper, but that felt like a big gamble, because I did not feel like I would get quality assistance from those companies. Throughout the process, I received several emails and phone calls from Brandie, updating me on the status of my car shipment. Likewise, the driver from Accelerated Services, Joe, was great. He spoke with me often about the shipment and took great care of my car. He anchored my car to his hauler using straps over the tires rather than chains on the suspension. Overall, I am very pleased. Now, I need to get my email address and phone number off the spam lists of the multitude of other transport brokers that want to know why I did not ship the car with them... (more)

: Not satisfied.
This company put my vehicle on the transporter backwards, causing the wind to rip off a metal Air Dam & Chrome Trim that was secured with 4 metal gromits. The air dam is to help the flow of air flow from the front to the back of the vehicle, not the opposite direction. There was nothing in my contract that advised me they would put the vehicle on backwards. Had I known they were going to do this, I would have refused the transport as any idiot would realize this would cause damage. They have refused to pay $300.00 for replacement, advising me its not their falt. First they blamed the age of the car. (26 yrs old, yet in pristine condition). Then they said I needed to get the 3 estimates to them within 24 hours, then they said the broker was responsible! The Broker did not load the vehicle on the transporter backwards, they did. I would never use these folks again & suggest you donot as they donot care about what they are transporting and they donot care if they cause damage.

: Avoid at all costs
Accelerated transported my new car from Colorado to New Jersey. A few days after receiving the vehicle, one of the tires went flat while driving. Removing the wheel revealed abrasion around the entire inner side of the tire. Obviously this damage wasn't visible when I inspected the car after it was unloaded. Accelerated refuses to do anything to replace the tire and insists that I should have inspected the vehicle thoroughly, even though the damage isn't visible without removing the entire wheel/tire.
Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. (more)

: Dishonest/Fraud/Criminals
First time using Accelerated Auto Transportation and the last time. They state they are honest and trustworthy and a 5 star transportation company. Based on our experience. they are dishonest, deceitful, and take part in criminal activity. They require payment up front and I can now see why they do. Our car was purchased in CT. and we got a recommendation from our local Toyota dealer(who I will be speaking to). Everything seemed to be going according to plan until the delivery truck showed up a day late. The driver unloaded the 4Runner and I did my noteworthy 360 degree inspection. Everything looked good until I remember my dad telling me to check the miles. As soon as I checked the miles on the 4Runner, I had to do a double take. There was an overage of almost 700 miles on the 4Runner. The driver stated that he had to drive our 4Runner from Penn. to Ohio and back to pick up a part for his truck. I flatly told him that he took our new 4Runner on a joy ride and that was complete BS. I stated what he did was criminal. I never authorized him to drive our car except to move it during loading and unloading. I have no idea what he was doing with our 4Runner, but I will not tolerate crooked behavior. He offered me $100.00 plus a full tank of gas for his wrong doing. I told him I wanted a copy of the order sheet and he refused unless I signed the order sheet. I stated I wasn't going to sign and he stated I would not get a copy of the order form. I attempted to take photos of his truck and he and his co-worker threatened me if I continued. He than got back in his truck and took off out of the parking lot at a high rate of speed. Luckily, I got plenty of photos of his truck. All I can say is don't use Accelerated Auto Transportation, they don't care about their customers and don't understand the need to have decent drivers that don't threaten their customers with violence for criminal actions that they did with their customers car in their possession. : Nobody knew what was going on and nobody would return my calls
I needed to ship a Mini Cooper from Jackson Hole Wy to New York, and Accelerated was recommended by the dealership. I was going to use another carrier that was $250 less, but went with Acceleratedd due to the recommend and they said they could pick it up within 2 days. They said they'd pick it up Thursday, then Friday, then finally Monday. The car then sat in Denver until that Saturday. I was told the car would still reach New York on time despite being 1 week late at this point. It did not. When I called to check the status, they simply told me where it should have been, without any actual facts. On the hay it should have arrived in NY they finally started checking the car's actual status. It was in Pennsylvania. Well, not really, because the next day, it actually was still just at the PA border. Now, I'm trying to figure out when they can actually deliver to NY and try tell me they'll check and call back. NOBODY will call back EVER. Not only will they not call back, but now I am only getting the reps voice mail unless I go through the operator. Miraculously he answers if I don't all his extension directly. Go figure.
The car was eventually delivered 6 days later than originally promised (and they did give themselves 2 weeks to transport with their estimated deliver time).
I have tried to get some sort of refund, but not surprisingly, nobody can do anything and nobody will call back. These guys were a total nightmare. They had absolutely no idea what was going on and took no responsibility. (more)

My whole experience with accelerated auto was excellent. The communication was excellent. I was informed about all the details of the shipping process. The actual drivers were a very nice couple from Atlantic Auto Transport. They took excellent care of my 64 car from New York to California. auto Transport Company have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone and of course use them again (more)

: Great Driver
I had a tight schedule and was very daunted by the driver who called me honestly and actually changed his plans to meet me and my car delayed at night in a shopping mall parking lot to pick up my car. He put me at ease about my anxiety for my new car and it was delivered across the country in great condition and on time. I was definitely use this company once more. (more)
