A.O.T. LLC - Review

AOT was paid to ship my vehicle from Houston to Seattle within 9 days. After repeated excuses the vehicle was found on 20 days later in their yard by the MS State Police. Another company was hired to take it back to Houston. They are uninsured as of 1/28/2012 and their DOT license is revoked. They have not refunded my money or considerable additional expense. I bought a 2009 Range Rover out of Miami, Fl and started looking at all the transport companies and their profiles and the good and the bad and I got really scared, b/c sometimes transport companies will pick up your vehicle and you never hear from them again. So what I decided to do was list it on craigslist and just see who all responded. Needless to say I had hundreds of responses but the one that stood out the most was A.O.T. LLC out of Mississippi the reason for this was they sent over everything they do as far as transport and collateral recovery as well as a list of business references which i did call and could find no one that would say anything bad about this company at all The 6 references that I called consisted of auctions, banks,dealerships,title loan companies,lease turn in company, and auto broker. These companies have been using A.O.T. LLC for years and everyone said they are great people, very professional and prompt. So I called them up I spoke with a lady named Brandi she was the sweetest most pleasant woman, she emailed me all my paperwork and the contract to sign and explained to me how everything would work.The transport was 870 miles and timing was everything b/c I had bought this truck for my wife's birthday which was 2 days away(virtually impossible) Brandi told me that was no problem they scheduled the pick-up in Miami for the next day @ 7 am she told me the driver would call me when he got it picked up which he did, I received a call that the Range had been picked up and he was leaving Miami @ 7:30 am he told me he would give me a call when he was about an hour from my home and he told me that he had to make one drop off on the way to knoxville and then he would be straight to me he estimated he would be to me by 11:45 pm, he also told me I could call him on his cell or his office if I wanted to track the location of my vehicle. I received a call @ 10:00 pm from Remy the driver who told me he was less than an hour from my home. I couldn't  (more)

I was very satisfied with this service. I would suggest A.O.T. LLC to anyoen leaving the state of Florida or heading there. They were straightforward and truthful.  (more)

communications were obvious and timely, planning dates were simple, staff was helpful, all questions answered with apparent facts, shipment had no surprises, pick up was punctual, delivery was on time and the price was very excellent.  (more)
