Review Description

Carmoza promises excellent service and charges for it but does not deliver. My car was not picked up on schedule and it still hasn't been delivered after 10 days on the road. The car was picked up Sat Oct 1. The original delivery dates were either Fri, Sat or Sun(Oct 7,8,9) which was ok with me, but I contacted the driver Thursday and he said Monday Oct 10 was the date, and he would call Sunday Oct 9 to firm up a time. I got no call so I called him Sunday evening. No reply. I called him Monday morning. No reply. I called him Tuesday morning, and he finally called back and said he was in Texas and would deliver tomorrow (Wed Oct 12) MAYBE! All this time I've been calling Carmoza asking for updates and getting no reply. Finally I got a call from them yesterday and they said they would call back with an update. They haven't called back yet and I've called several of their folks as well and have not been contacted. Carmoza is either totally incompetent or their criminals, and I won't know the answer to that until I actually do (or don't) get my car. Don't hire Carmoza! You will regret it if you do. I just got off the phone with customer service at Carmoza and they said the car would be delivered tomorrow and that the reason I hadn't been called sooner was that they were just too busy. "I'm just one person" he said. I repeat - don't hire Carmoza! You can get the same crappy service for a lot less.
