Review Description

Joe, You do NOT want me to give you my honest feedback. My movers left me with a feeling of frustration and being taken advantage of. I have made many moves and had many different movers and yours were the worst by far. They took what should have been less than 3 hours of moving and somehow stretched it out to 6.5.Your employee who came to give me the estimate was of the opinion that hourly would be cheaper than a fixed rate because neither of us could see any way the move would take more than 3 hours. Suffice it to say apparently he did NOT know the moving crew you sent to me. There was a total of less than 300 feet difference from my original location (on a second floor) to the new one (on a first floor).
